Wetlands kayaking. The Wetlands
Institute has a museum gift shop, observation
decks & tower, salt marsh trail
with interpretive signs that take visitors
deep into a living marsh exhibit of live
animals & dioramas depicting life found
in the salt marsh. The Institute also
hosts The NEHST PROGRAM (Nature
Education for Homeschool Students &
Teachers). Classes meet On the 4th
Wed. at 1pm & on the 3rd Thurs. at 2pm
monthly. Classes are 90 minutes long &
are appropriate for students of all ages.
$. This is a 4-yr. cycle of programs
offering a new lesson monthly so students
can join at any time without missing
