The “Big Buck” Giveaway Is Back...

Now, before you get all worked up, the odds of that happening are so astronomical, it was proffered to me, by one of my mathematical genius buddies, that the elected body of the state of New Jersey would cut spending before such an anomaly could occur. And, we know the odds of that taking place. Yes, it’s true the odds are stacked against you hitting the four separate promotions at the three different Atlantic City casinos who are each offering a version of a shot at $500,000. Of course if you don’t play, the odds are stacked even higher. In the case of Borgata, they’re giving away $250,000 both Sunday and Monday, May 27th and 28th. No surprise there as they continue to push the bar of what a “big giveaway” is. But Resorts and Hilton, Atlantic City’s complimentary bookend casinos owned by Colony Capital, have gotten bitten by the “big buck” giveaway too. And, the big results have shown themselves in their numbers the past few months as the two casinos have posted big gains in gross monthly gaming figures. But I would simply recommend that you peruse these casino promotion pages to find out what’s really going on.
